The Academy of Excellence works with you to achieve your learning goals. Whether it is taking one class or a series of classes, the AOE will work with you.

At the AOE, we are a corporate university that’s focused on every employee’s success. We make sure that you are at the center of your learning experience. Once you have access, you will see how the AOE is customized to you. It provides easy access to:

• Classes you can take on your own
• Classes that are assigned to you by your manager
• Your completed classes

The Academy of Excellence provides participants an opportunity to:

• Learn on your own, using a company computer (KIOSK are located in every facility).
• Learn in a classroom setting during a scheduled workshop onsite at one of our facilities.
If you request to attend a classroom class, approval will be requested from your manager.
• Learn in partnership through a higher education institution (college or university) and take advantage of tuition reimbursement.
