The Academy of Excellence is a centralized location for the training and development of employees. It is structured to support ABB OPTICAL GROUP'S strategic direction and help the business units get the job done.

History

In 2007, the leaders of ABB CONCISE heard the voice of their employees! The people of the organization agreed that it was time to focus on developing a corporate university. In 2009, after careful evaluation of organizational needs, ABB CONCISE invested in forming and opening a corporate university that would be called The Academy of Excellence (AOE).
