Email IT Service Desk

 

There are
two options you may choose to contact the IT Service Desk: 
 
  Option 1
   
Send us an email.  All requests for non-urgent help should be directed via email to helpdesk@abbconcise.com.  If the support need doesn't require an immediate response, this is your best route.  This will automatically open a service ticket for tracking purposes. Please don't CC helpdesk@abbconcise.com in subsequent emails as it just creates a lot of clean-up work.
Option 2
       
For any urgent matters, call us at ext. 4357 (HELP).  If you really need help right now, this is the best way to get it.  This number is available 24x7.  After hours, please leave a message and the on-call technician will be paged.  Please be patient, it may take 15 or 20 minutes to get a call back to you during off hours.
