Coming Soon to InVision: Stay Connected with Company News & Learning

We're excited to announce a new feature in InVision that will help keep you informed, connected, and growing. Starting Friday, April 4th, the Communities - Global Community feature will go live in InVision and will provide you with a space for company-wide updates and learning opportunities.

What to Expect:

• Key Announcements: Company news and updates will be shared here to keep everyone in the loop.
• Learning Courses & Events: We’ll also use this space to highlight new courses available in InVision and share upcoming learning events so you never miss a chance to grow.
• Admin-Only Posting: This is a one-way communication space—posts will come from the company, so you won’t need to manage notifications from others.
• Mobile App Alerts: If you use the InVision mobile app, you’ll get real-time alerts when new announcements are posted.
• Desktop View: You’ll also see the new Communities tab in the desktop version of InVision to catch up on any updates.
• More to Come: Over time, I’ll roll out department-specific Communities to support team-level communication and engagement.

No action is required, but we recommend downloading the InVision mobile app to stay up to date on the go. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your manager.

Celebrating You on Employee Appreciation Day

As we observe Employee Appreciation Day, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for each and every one of you. Your hard work, dedication, and passion for supporting our customers are what make our team truly remarkable.  We wouldn’t be where we are today without your contributions. Whether it's tackling challenges with a positive attitude or supporting one another in our daily tasks, you all play a vital role in what makes ABB special. I wanted to enclose a video message to convey some additional thoughts.

Announcing RAMP - Our new expense reporting platform!

Ramp will help you save time and streamline filing and approving corporate expenses, and will go live for eligible ABB employees on January 24th. To get started you will receive an automated email from Communications@ramp.com later today with instructions on how to set up your new Ramp account. If you do not see the invite in your main inbox, please check your Mimecast spam folder.

Here are Important Dates and Next Steps:

• Setting up your account takes roughly 3-5 minutes - you’ll be guided through the process on screen. Note – you will need to open your Microsoft Authenticator App when prompted to scan the Ramp QR Code. Please use the attached reference guide if you have any questions on the set-up process.
• Concur expense reporting will go away on Friday, February 7th. All existing expenses must be submitted and approved by Friday, February 7th on the Concur website.
• Beginning on January 24th, Ramp’s expense reporting will be available online. Expense reporting for any new expenses will be submitted on the Ramp platform.

Cain Travel will still be our travel partner, and you will continue to book travel via the Concur platform as you do today. The only change you will see to Concur is the expense report functionality will be removed and submitted on the Ramp platform.

We are really excited about this transition and would love to hear your feedback as we get settled on Ramp. If you have any questions about your new Ramp account, please reach out to travel@abboptical.com.

• Internal SIB Site: Our internal SIB site is the primary platform for discovering internal job opportunities within our organization. By visiting the SIB site, you can explore a wide range of exciting roles across different departments and locations. • Scan the QR Code: To make the process even more convenient for you, we have introduced a new way to access internal job openings. Simply use your smartphone's camera to scan the QR code provided below. This will direct you to our internal SIB site, where you can explore current vacancies and submit your application.

In addition to exploring internal job opportunities, we encourage you to refer qualified candidates to join our team. Referrals can be a rewarding way to support our growth and potentially earn up to $1000, depending on the position.

To ensure a smooth referral process, please note that all referrals must be accompanied by a completed referral form before the candidate is interviewed and hired.
