ABB 2025-2026 open enrollment is from May 12-25, 2025
Open Enrollment is here, and you must make an active election by May 25th to have health benefits starting June 1, 2025. This is an active enrollment for the health plan, meaning all eligible employees are required to log in to ADP to elect, change or waive medical benefits for the upcoming plan year.
Please be aware - the medical plans have changed to two plan options. They are the HealthSCOPE Open Network HDHP and the UMR Basic Plan. All eligible employees are required to log in to ADP to make a new election to maintain health plan coverage for the upcoming plan year, effective June 1, 2025. If you do not elect coverage, your existing health benefits will end on May 31, 2025. Attached is our benefits guide and overview of our plans.
The benefits you elect during open enrollment will be locked in from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026 and cannot be changed unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), such as marriage, divorce, or birth of a child.
Remember, open enrollment is the one time during the year when you can change your benefit elections, end coverage, and add/drop dependents without a Qualifying Life Event.
What changes can I make during open enrollment?
- Enroll in medical, dental, vision, 401k, and voluntary benefits
- Those enrolling in the HDHP, log in to ADP to make Health Savings Account (HSA) elections.
- Select Flexible Spending Account (FSA) elections (these do not roll over and must be elected every year)
- Change coverage options for any of our benefit plans
- Add or drop coverage for your dependents
REMINDER: This is also a good time to review your beneficiaries for your employer-paid life insurance and voluntary life coverage.

Managers: Don’t forget to complete your own self-reflection under the ‘My Development’ tab > ‘Journeys’ dashboard in addition to documenting feedback for your team under ‘Teams & People’.
Reminder: This process does not currently apply to non-exempt staff in our labs, distribution centers, or specialty lab locations.
Quick How-To Recap:
- Everyone (Including Managers): Use the ‘My Development’ tab > ‘Journeys’ dashboard to track your reflections throughout Q2.
- Managers: Use the ‘Teams & People’ tab to log feedback and plan check-ins with your team.
- Your entries save automatically—just don’t hit ‘Submit’ until the end of the quarter.
