New Employee Referral Process

We are excited to announce a new, faster, and more mobile friendly employee referral process. Employees can now submit referrals online directly from a computer or mobile device, no paper forms required. Please review the attached New Employee Referral Process Flyer for complete instructions, important guidelines, and access to the referral submission QR code and link.

As a reminder, qualified referrals may earn you up to $1,000, depending on the position. We encourage you to help us grow the ABB Optical family by referring great talent.

You'll receive an email from Uber for Business or you can click here or scan the QR code.

To sign up: Open the email invitation from noreply@uber.com on your mobile device. Do not forward this email or link to others as the URL is unique to your email address. Sign in with your existing Uber credentials. If you do not have an Uber account, you can create one.

Taking your first business trip: When you’re ready to ride, enter your pick-up and drop-off location, toggle to your business profile, and confirm your ride. Make sure you see ABB Optical Group as the business profile before confirming.
