Finance
Our Finance Department provides accounting services and financial support to the entire organization.
We support both internal and external customers. Our department handles a variety of important business functions. Such functions often include invoicing customers, accounts receivable monitoring and collections, account reconciliations, payables processing, budgeting, periodic financial reporting as well as financial analysis. Facilities
The Facilities department of ABB Optical Group overlooks all of the maintenance and care of our 8 locations across the country. Besides building and equipment maintenance, Facilities also is responsible for security, safety, disaster planning and recovery, and even striving for energy efficiency. Behind the scenes, Facilities continually works towards maintaining cost efficiency and budget management. Ensuring that both the high standards of ABB Optical Group and the needs of its employees are met, Facilities will continue to provide employees with a safe, pleasing work place.
One of the main goals for the facilities department is to standardize as much as possible across the 8 locations. As we work towards this goal, the best way to get service for any issue within any of the facilities is to click on the ServiceNow IT and Facilities Requests tab at the top of this page. You can submit any issue from as small as needing paper towels in the restrooms to as large as a leak in the roof through ServiceNow. Once a ticket is created, you will receive an automatic reply informing you that your ticket is logged and you will receive updates until the issue is resolved.

Our department is focused on providing business transactions for our customers via electronic means.
E-commerce is our Internet-based solution that we provide our customers. The Internet is providing an unprecedented opportunity on a global basis for ABB Optical Group to interact with, reach out to, and be accessible by our customers without limitations with respect to physical location or time zone. Information Technology
There are two options you may choose to contact the IT Service Desk:
- All requests for non-urgent help should be submitted via ServiceNow.
- For any urgent matters, call us at ext. 4357 (HELP). If you really need help right now, this is the best way to get it. This number is available 24x7. After hours, please leave a message and the on-call technician will be paged. Please be patient, it may take 15 or 20 minutes to get a call back to you during off hours.
Sales
Our Sales Department offers a toolbox of profit-building strategies proven to make money and improve the efficiency of eye care practices. We’re not only experts in wholesale contact lens distribution and gas permeable Lens design; we’re specialists in developing ways for eye care professionals to grow revenues and build profits.
