National Charities Nationally, we make a difference with the United Way, American Cancer Society, & Optometry Giving Sight.  Click their logos below for more information.   Optometry Giving Sight Giving Strategy ABB OPTICAL GROUP gives each employee 4 hours of PTO to volunteer their time during a scheduled work day.  Employees use their PTO by participating during on-site or off-site Give Back events! Employees can sign up for a company organized event or choose a 501(c)(3) organization to volunteer their Give Back PTO. Employees must obtain prior approval from their manager to volunteer during work hours.  Employees can also either make payroll deductions or Program SEE points donations to our sponsored national and local non-profit organizations.  There are several options:  Bi-weekly payroll deductions by completing a contribution commitment card for Florida, Massachusetts, California or New York and submitting the completed card to Human Resources One-time payroll deduction and/or donate your Program SEE points ABB OPTICAL GROUP also has a Matching Gift program. Our matching program encourages employees to contribute to qualifying charitable organizations. The program offers employees a way to increase their contributions to their favorite charitable organizations - up to $1,000 (US) per person each calendar year.
