A Video Update from Daniel: AI & Eye Care

Hi Team,

I just returned from an outstanding CE event on Artificial Intelligence & Eye Care, hosted by our vendor partner, Shamir, and industry leader Eugene Shatsman, and I'm energized by what I learned.

The event focused on practical A.I. tools and strategies that are working right now in eye care practices to drive patient retention, increase revenue, and optimize workflows. These aren't futuristic concepts – they're solutions our customers can implement today.

It was great to meet @Steph Cohen, our new Optical Sales Consultant for the North Central New Jersey territory, and to catch up with our local Lab Account Manager, @David Utnick. Having our team represented at these cutting-edge events shows our commitment to staying ahead of the curve.

What struck me most is how A.I. is transforming our industry. When leveraged effectively, these tools give our customers a real competitive advantage in today's challenging environment – and the more we know about how the industry is evolving the better we can support their success.
