• 11/14/24: Daniel speaks with Roza Zonenashvili, Manager of Lab Sales Operations, about all the hard work the team has been doing with onboarding VSP opportunities. They have seen an increase in both VSP volume and private pay. Nick Folkers, Manager of ABB Lab Field Sales, discusses additional investments into the Lab business as a result of all this growth including some recent additions to the Labs sales team to support our customers. • 10/11/24: Check out this video message from Daniel Liberman as he provides an update on his week in the field in Colorado. Daniel attended the Eyecare Innovation Summit earlier this week and was able to connect with many thought leaders in the industry. He has been field traveling with Dave Richardson, Optical Sales Consultant, to visit practices and attend a customer dinner.
  
  
• 8/15/24: Watch a video message from Daniel where he recently spent time at the ABB Labs facility in Hawthorne, NY meeting with safety team members, Christina Day, Sr. Lab Distribution Manager, and Norga Alvino, Production Supervisor, to learn more about their focus on keeping our employees safe. Daniel was also able to meet with Mike Rybacki, ABB Labs Director, and was witness to some of the great work being done by the customer care team. He also had the opportunity to listen to a great call with our new customer success representative, Maranda Lawrence.
